IN-STORE PURCHASES

We accept returns within 60 days from the original purchase date with a receipt. Returned items will be charged a 25% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges will be made for cast stone or special order purchases. Cast stone (manufactured stone products), special orders (custom cuts, drilled stone, sandblast carving, etc.), clearance products and discounted full pallets of stone are non-refundable. Claims for shortages or defects must be made within 5 days of delivery. All returns must be in like new condition/original packaging. American Stone Reserves the right to deny returns/refunds at their discretion in accordance with this policy.

Payments made with cash will only be refunded by check. It may take up to 21 days for the check to be issued.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns or exchanges for online purchases may be made within 60 days from the date of receipt with a valid purchase receipt. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Cast stone (manufactured stone products), special orders (custom cuts, drilled stone, sandblast carving, etc.), clearance products and discounted full pallets of stone are non-refundable. Claims for product shortages or defects must be made within 5 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges of eligible natural stone products will incur a 25% restocking fee and/or may incur additional shipping charges. All returns must be in like new condition/original packaging. American Stone Reserves the right to deny returns/refunds at their discretion in accordance with this policy.

Refunds for online payments will be credited to the same credit/bank institution originally paid with. Once a refund is issued, the receiving bank assumes responsibility of funds, and American Stone Sales, Inc. is no longer responsible for said funds. It may take the receiving bank up to 10 business days to release the funds into the account the payment originally came out of.

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Pursuant to this notice, American Stone Sales, Inc. is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any damage occurring to person or personal property should American Stone Sales, Inc. load your vehicle with any stone products or merchandise. American Stone Sales, Inc. is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any damage sustained during shipping and delivery, or any damage occurring to person(s) or personal property during shipping and delivery. Claims for damage during shipping must be made directly with the shipping/delivery company.
